Week 4: Portraiture Photography Tutorial

As you can probably tell, we’re going through all the basic topics for photography week by week now. So it’s come to this week’s topic which is portraits!
We’ll be going through right from the basics to the specific aspects of portrait photography, though it’s probably going to be lean more towards how to go about in model shoots.
Don’t have a DSLR? Don’t worry! We’ve got a section for that too for portraits.

Location: Meet Outside the Museum of COntemporary Arts (MCA) Harbour side.We saw quite a number of you guys still unsure as to how to go about during a model shoot, so we’ve organised a so-called basics outing around the Rocks area.
Essentially it’ll be a peer-to-peer shoot, but all the execs are there to make sure you’re applying what we’ll be teaching this upcoming Friday! For Canon shooters, our exec Felicia will be bringing a couple of extra lenses that you can try out momentarily. For Nikon /other shooters, we’ll try to organise something extra too but at the moment unfortunately we can’t guarantee it.
Non-DSLR shooters are welcome too, we can work together to show that not only DSLR cameras take good photos too!
