Taking photos during the day is easy, but what happens when the sun goes down and the lights go out? What good is a camera without light?
Night photography is one of the most fun, creative and rewarding disciplines. Join us for our workshop on Friday to learn how to shoot the stars and create awesome shots by light painting. You’ll be amazed with what you and your camera can do!
Bring along your tripod, camera and a torch so we can practice light painting.

Week 1: Pizza Night by Pizzaman!

Week 2: Dusk Walk Outing!
Date: Sunday 3rd August 2014
Time: 4pm- 7pm
Location: Meet outside Gelatissimo Circular Quay
This Sunday evening join us for our first outing of the semester! We will be practicing some of the night photography skills we learnt from Friday’s tutorial on a walk around Sydney’s Circular Quay/Rocks area. We will be meeting at 4pm at Gelatissimo Circular Quay to catch sunset over the harbour and making our way towards the Rocks as the sun goes down to get some great night shots of the Harbour Bridge and Opera House. Be sure to bring your tripods and glowsticks, torches, etc. because we will be ending the night with some awesome light painting action!
