An introduction to film photography and cameras for the film enthusiast or just someone who is curious about and looking to dabble in this analogue medium.
We will look at the most common types of film from Kodak, Fujifilm, and Ilford; film cameras; and formats including 35mm SLRs, point and shoots, half frame, medium format, large format mediums, and instant film like polaroids, and will touch on what their differences are and when/where/why you should use each of them.
Get to learn more about, test out, and experience different film cameras including how to load unload film into them, how to use them, and how to get the best photos of them.
Bring your questions about film and have them answered by those who have been there, done that, and who would love to share their advice about shooting film vs digital.
Whether you’re an experienced photographer seeking to push the boundaries of your art or a curious beginner ready to discover new dimensions, this workshop is your portal to infinite creativity.
