We’ll be BOWLING first up, the club will be paying for part of the cost so price will be $12 (instead of $18 – thanks PC!) and then after the game is finished it’s up to you – we can add laser tag, arcade games, dinner or…go home XD.

So the cost is $12 for arc-members and $15 for non-arc members.

PhotoClub journeys to Kusuka On Sussex to apply some photographic skills and to settle some hunger cravings.
Are you ready to apply the skills you learnt in Week 2’s Food Photography tutorial? Or if you weren’t there, are you simply ready to photograph (and eat!) food?

We’ve chosen Kusuka Cafe, best known for mouth-watering food and a pleasant environment. It’s one of the favorite places of Sydney Foodies. Come n join us on Saturday 18 August, and get some nice shots (and food) from the cafe! Don’t miss the chance!

Week 5 Tutorial: EGM + Film Photography

Date: 24/08/2018
Time: 4:00pm – 5:30pm
Location: Central Lecture Block 4

Film photography was requested by many so we’re doing it! AND we’re calling in a GUEST SPEAKER!! Whether you’ve had some experience, or are contemplating trying film, or even simply haven’t given it a thought, this will be a great opportunity to dabble with film photography and see how interesting it is! We will also be holding an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) during the week 5 tutorial. The agenda for the meeting is 1. Apologies, 2. Election of the following senior executive positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Arc Delegate, Marketing Manager, Events Manager and Communications Manager 3. Business without notice. We will go through the nominations received and then hold a vote to elect the execs! If you wish to nominate yourself or somebody else, email us at [email protected] with an expression of interest. Don’t worry, the EGM will be brief and we will still be holding our Film photography tutorial straight after.

PhotoBook

As previously announced the Annual PhotoBook is underway! Those photos which are submitted by TOMORROW (SUNDAY) 23:59 will also have the chance to be featured in an Arts Week exhibition on campus with Arc! They will have the same chance in the PhotoBook competition, featured at the exhibition or not – so we highly recommend submitting early for the extra opportunity!

Please see details here.
