Week 2 Tutorial: Food Photography

Do you want to learn how to take a great photo for your fav food? Do you want to know how to search for food? OR do you want to shoot food with studio lights? Here’s your chance!
This week’s topic is food photography! You can experience it all at our tutorial. We’ll have REAL EDIBLE food there and the full studio light and wallpaper backdrop set up. So BRING YOUR CAMERAS and come on down to this week’s tutorial!

Week 2 Outing: Hermitage Foreshore Walk

This week we will be heading to one of Sydney’s best coastal walks. With stunning harbour views and the cityscape in the distance, it is sure to impress.
We will be meeting at 1:55pm at Circular Quay Wharf 2 to catch the 2:17pm ferry towards Rose Bay where we will begin the walk. The other option is to meet us at Rose Bay at 2:30pm (make sure you let a POC know if you are doing this so we can wait for you). If you have difficulty finding your way there, please do not hesitate to call one of our points of contact listed above.
Make sure you will not be late, because the ferry will not be waiting for us. We will not be stopping for food, so please eat beforehand or bring a snack.
Please keep an eye on the Facebook event on Saturday in case of wet weather.
Items to bring could include:

- Tripod
- Light props
- Comfortable and warm clothes

PhotoBook
As previously announced the Annual PhotoBook is underway! We have an addition to announce. Those photos which are submitted before 23:59 on Sunday the 12th of August will also have the chance to be featured in an Arts Week exhibition on campus with Arc! They will have the same chance in the PhotoBook competition, featured at the exhibition or not – so we highly recommend submitting early for the extra opportunity!
