Keep Shooting: Week 2

Hello, Hello!

It’s the second week of uni, and classes are pretty much in full swing now! As everyone starts figuring out what all their modules are about, here’s what the Photoclub’s bringing to Week 2!

*

First up’s the continuation to the first workshop we had last week. You’ll learn more about exposure and the ways you can creatively use the aperture and shutter speed to enhance your photos. We will then talk about exposure modes (ie. Program, aperture priority, shutter priority and manual) and metering, before we bring it all together with exposure compensation.

The second half of this tutorial will consist of a hands-on workshop, so bring your cameras for this one!!!! If you would like to use the Club’s DSLR (2) during the tutorial, please let us know at least one day in advance!

Date: Friday, 11th March 2011

Time: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Location: CLB 6, Central Lecture Block

And for this weekend’s casual outing, we’re heading to see the fishes and to photograph the sea-life 🙂

It’ll be fun if you haven’t been there before!

And while the entry fee for the Sydney Aquarium is an external cost (approx. $23), and will be borne by the members themselves, we have discounts for first FIFTEEN people who register for this event!

So if you are interested in coming for this outing, don’t hesitate, and register below:

*REGISTER FOR DISCOUNTED ENTRY*
