Time: 4:00PM – 6:00PM
Location: Lecture Theatre M17, Chemical Science Building
Have you ever wanted to capture stunning photographs at night? This week we’re all about night photography, working with light sources and experimenting with long exposures in different ways. This tutorial will be split into 2 parts: theory and practical so remember to bring your cameras for experimentation! If you plan on staying for the practical element of the tutorial bringing a light source could be worthwhile (no sparklers or lighters due to fire hazard).
* Bring your: camera, light source (i.e. Phone, or torch) & tripod (if you have one – if not, you may be able to borrow the clubs)
Open to UNSW PhotoClub members only. Please remember to bring your membership cards for identification!

Announcing our official launch of 2012 Photobook Competition! You may have heard about the Photobook already – it is our annual PhotoClub publication by members and for members! Each year entries are sent in and winners are printed in a book which we get published professionally. Winners receive prizes as well as their photograph published! – How cool is that! We’ve had pretty successful competitions so far for the past two years, and great Photobooks for 2010 and 2011, so we hope that you members will be able to make the 2012 competition greater than ever!
