Commercial/Food Photography Tutorial

Just two days ago, we had our commercial/food photography tutorial, coupled with hands on experience, and wrapping up with nomnom-ing on yummy beautiful cupcakes. Yummy photos of cupcakes can be found on our Facebook page. Tutorial slides can also be found on our site if you are a member with the password. I don’t think I wanna make a repetitive blog post on that because more importantly, I wanna tell you what’s going on during the tutorial (i.e. how fun and awesome and interactive and (insert your own favourite word) WE are!)

Firstly, we are very very privileged to have Cupcakes by M willing to spend an entire night to build a cupcake tower for us to shoot! We don’t just buy a few cupcakes and called it commercial/food photography. We also have styling materials like table cloths, cupcake stands, and basically everything you need for some good shots!

Two, if you join us, I’m sure you are in for an experience with very passionate photographers and I’m not even lying 😛

Doing anything just to get a good shot. Even if it means bending all the way down in an awkward position! That’s VP Renny!

While some are concentrating to get good shots on one side of the room, the other side of the room saw our other VP Andrew conducting mini Photoshop tutorial simultaneously! Shots taken now are immediately on the big screen 😛 And now I say, you are getting best of both worlds in just one tutorial!

Learning from one another is another thing you can get from joining us! Look, ringflash!

I’m not done saying yet! Photography aside, we are fun people to hang out with! Hehe.
