We will be holding a DIY tutorial to share many different neat cheap tricks to enhance your photography! There will be DIY shape bokeh, light boxes, tilt shift, ring light flash and light painting tools explored. BRING YOUR CAMERAS & TRIPODS to join in with the fun!

We will be holding an EGM (Extraordinary General Meeting) at the start of the tutorial – don’t worry it will be quick! The agenda for the meeting is to have a re-election of the senior executives, President, Vice-President & Marketing Manager. We will go through the nominations received and then hold a vote to elect the new execs! As members of the club you have the opportunity to vote! If you wish to nominate yourself or somebody else, email us at [email protected] with an expression of interest. We will also be voting for the following constitutional change: The immediate past President is an ad hoc executive (non-voting) of the Management Team for twelve (12) months or remaining study duration at UNSW following the end of his/her term (whichever is longer), unless he/she is re-elected in a Management Team position.

It’s week 10, exams are getting closer, you’re getting more stressed and more tired. Well this Saturday, PhotoClub is holding a nice relaxed outing to help you de-stress and clear your mind, before you get back to studying. We will be taking some sunset shots and wandering around Barangaroo, capturing some of the architecture and street photography there.

We will be meeting at the Wynyard walk, which is the tunnel that connects Wynyard station to Barangaroo, so we recommend catching the train to Wynyard and simply walking to the Wynyard walk. Do not hesitate to contact us if you are unsure of where we are meeting or how to get there.

Please note that we will not be stopping for food, hence we recommend bringing a snack and drink to keep you fuelled for the walk until later when we have a proper meal.

Please keep an eye on this Facebook event on Saturday in case of wet weather.

We’re teaming up with the UNSW Lego society to bring you an awesome event with speedy building of bionicles as well as a photography workshop and demo (learn how to take the perfect dp XD!). There will be TWO PRIZES for the two fastest bionicle builders and FREE PIZZA + DRINKS.
