Fear not! It is time to tame the great beast that is Photoshop. This week Damien and Sasha will provide you with all the essentials to help you get started using this program.
There’s nothing to be afraid of, as you’ll be taken step-by-step through all the basic tools and how to use them, as well as some creative techniques that can help you improve your photographs.
It will be easier to learn by doing, so bring a laptop with Photoshop installed. The latest version of Photoshop CC will be used.

Is it that time of the semester where you need some art and nature to freshen you up? This weekend, there will be lots to see as. There will be soaring sculptures, and wonderful art installations, as well as the lush greenery alongside the harbour. During the month of September, Barangaroo is celebrating the theme of ‘stone’, so come along and learn about Sydney’s rich indigenous culture.
We will be meeting the at the Customs House near Circular Quay at 12:00pm, and checking out a creative lighting exhibition, before heading out to Barangaroo Reserve. Please be on time, as we will not be waiting for anyone. In the event of a cancellation because of wet weather, a message will be posted on the event page by 7am on the day, so please stay tuned.

Week 9: AGM
Date: 25/09/2015
Time: 4:00pm – 4:30 pm
Location: UNSW Chemical Science M10
We will be conducting our AGM at the start of week nine event. The former president and treasurer will give their presidential report and treasurer’s report respectively. We will also be voting for the following constitutional changes:
– The Arc Delegate is to submit the grants instead of the Treasurer.
All full 2015 PhotoClub members are eligible to vote.
